Due to orders being automatically processed shortly after placing your order, we cannot cancel or amend an order once it has been place. 

Damage & Replacement Policy (Art Prints)

 Each frame is shipped in a specially designed tray that allows the frame to float within a shipping box made of double wall cardboard. Our supplier strives to keep all damage under 1%, and we ask for your patience if something has arrived in less than perfect condition. 

Any damage reported within 7 days of receipt we will make right. No need to return the damaged frame or print, we will ship you a replacement. 

** Please note that this policy is for US orders only. Any damage to an international shipment is unable to be replaced or returned.
